Out at Work: Yale-NUS Ally Week Opening Event

On Creating Inclusive Communities at the Workplace
Description

Ever wondered why top MNCs like Barclays, Accenture and BP have been consistently rated by graduates as their top choices of preferred employers in surveys such as Singapore’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers? Hear from representatives of these leading multinational companies share about their companies' diversity policies and their personal experiences in promoting allyship and creating inclusive communities at the workplace.

This event aims to explore the diversity policies implemented by companies in promoting inclusive and supportive workplaces for employees who identify with queer or non-normative identities and encourage students, staff and faculty to consider how individuals and institutions can contribute to creating safe and inclusive communities in our schools and universities.
